Harfex is a free online platform that provides text transformation tools including Unicode font generators, text encoders and decoders, style translators, emoji tools, text utilities, and AI-powered text tools.

All tools are provided free of charge with no account creation required. The Service is hosted globally on Cloudflare's infrastructure and is available to users worldwide.

You may use the Service for personal, educational, and commercial purposes, including:

• •Encoding or decoding text for personal or professional projects
• •Using AI tools to rewrite or restyle your own content
• •Incorporating tool output into commercial work without attribution

You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.

You agree not to use the Service to:

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access for any user who violates these prohibitions.

Your content: The text you input into Harfex tools is and remains your property. You retain all rights to your original input.

Output content: Text generated or transformed by Harfex tools using your input is provided to you royalty-free and without restriction. You may use tool output for any lawful purpose — personal, creative, or commercial — without credit to Harfex.

Harfex platform: The Harfex website, codebase, brand, design, and original content (including blog articles and documentation) are the property of Harfex and are protected by copyright and other applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or create derivative works from Harfex platform content without explicit written permission.

Our AI tools use the Anthropic API to process text. By using AI-powered tools, you additionally agree to:

• •Not inputting sensitive personal data, confidential business information, or content that would violate Anthropic's policies

AI-generated output is provided "as is." While our AI tools use one of the most capable language models available, outputs may occasionally be inaccurate, incomplete, or unexpected. You are responsible for reviewing AI output before use in any context where accuracy is important.

The Service may contain links to third-party websites or services. These links are provided for convenience only. Harfex has no control over and assumes no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services.

We strongly advise you to read the privacy policy and terms of service of any third-party site you visit.

"As Is" Service: Harfex is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

No liability for outputs: We are not responsible for how you use content generated by our tools. You assume full responsibility for any content you create or share using the Service.

Limitation of liability: To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Harfex and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Indemnification: You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Harfex from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or your use of the Service.
