Our Story

Harfex started with a simple frustration: text tools online were either locked behind paywalls, cluttered with intrusive ads, or simply did not work across social platforms. We set out to fix that.

The name Harfex combines Harf — the Arabic word for "letter" or "character" — with a modern suffix. The name reflects our founding belief that powerful text tools should belong to everyone, everywhere, in every language.

Today, Harfex serves users across more than 100 countries. From a student in Cairo styling their Discord username, to a social media manager in São Paulo crafting TikTok bios, to a developer in Seoul encoding text for a project — our tools are used by real people for real purposes, every day.

Every tool is built on open Unicode standards, runs entirely in your browser, and requires no account, no payment, and no personal data.
